Hours of Service Compliance
All drivers are required to maintain accurate and complete electronic logs in accordance with FMCSA Hours of Service regulations. Drivers are responsible for ensuring their records of duty status are current, accurate, and submitted on time.
Falsification of Records
Major Logix maintains a zero-tolerance policy for the falsification of driver logs or safety records. Any intentional violation of FMCSA regulations or company safety policies may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or termination of the lease agreement.
